Search the Collective Knowledge of the Counter-Jihad

Not too long ago, it hit me that I've never seen an anti-Jihadi search engine before. I thought it would be useful addition to the Defend Freedom blog, so I put one together. I've dubbed the search engine Kuffar-Akbar!.

Kuffar-Akbar! is a customized google search that I've embedded using Google's Javascript API. The search is powered by Google, but instead of looking through the whole internet, it only searches the websites I've specified. Currently, the list of sites is about 100. All the ones you'd expect to be there (Atlas Shrugs, Jihad Watch, IPT, Memri, etc...) are already included, my sites and some of my friends sites are included too, as well as other sites I read or have come across.

The list of sites will continuously expand and the search will become that much better (it's already good) over time. I'm in the process of putting together a web site and database so that people can for submit sites for search inclusion. The database is done and I'm designing and coding the pages this weekend...

Kuffar-Akbar! is available via the tab at the top or by clicking here.

Speed Bumps

The initial intent was to have the new Defend Freedom (all the blogs and internet radio show) ready for relaunch by the end of this past weekend. I really did try my damnedest to make that happen. Last week I was up until 3 or 4am most morning working on all of it. For a while, I was kicking ass and taking names. The new look and feel was mostly complete. All the logo work was nearing completion as well. People were already on board for working on some of the new DF blogs. It was going fantastic...

And then the proverbial fecal matter starting hitting the fan.

Last Thursday, I was at work, doing absolutely nothing but sitting in my chair, and suddenly I was struck with a fairly debilitating episode of back spasms (remnants of an old high school football injury that has plagued on a semi-regular basis ever since). On that very same evening, obviously feeling no sympathy for my medical condition, my primary computer quit working. The loss of my digital workhorse was a serious blow to productivity on Defend Freedom, because my backup was a little 10 inch Netbook. It worked, albeit fairly slowly. And that little screen is stress-inducing when you are trying to do any graphics or design work. However, given the situation, I was happy to have it. I was able to make do, and things did keep moving ahead, just at a slower pace.

Unfortunately, the broken computer and mystery injury were not the end. Murphy's law had more in store for me...

About a day and some change later, on Saturday morning, my Netbook decided to follow the example set by my laptop, and it too checked out for computer heaven. That of course meant DF work came to an immediate halt and I suddenly found myself with a very serious situation. I know that finding yourself computer-less might not sound like a life impacting disaster to everyone, but it honestly is to me. An extremely large portion of my life is hopelessly predicated of my ability to have computer access and the internet. Whether it's putting food on the table, or waging war against the prophet and his filthy religion of Hades, a computer is an essential in my world. Professionally, I am a software developer/architect. And I rely on a network of around 5000 Facebook friends, an ever expanding list of Facebook pages and groups, a rapidly increasing number of blogs, a YouTube channel, Twitter, and an internet radio show to prosecute the information war against Islam and Jihad, so it really was a big deal to me.

Thankfully, as of Tuesday evening, my computer situation has been officially rectified, but that's not the end of the story. Tuesday morning Facebook informed me that my account was suspended because the name on my account was deemed "inauthentic". It's as real as it gets. I've had it my whole life. By definition that qualifies it as an "authentic" name. Obviously, some Muslim trolls played FB-Jihad and reported me as a fake profile. And, in typical FB fashion, the nefarious Muslims were given the benefit of the doubt, and merely accusing me of being fake person seems to have been enough for FB.

Currently, I am working to get Facebook to enable my account again. I don't know why Facebook could want to verify my name is real, AGAIN. They already have my credit card from the last time they told me I wasn't a real person. In my opinion, that should be enough to determine the name is not fake, but whatever...

I've submitted to the FB process and sent them a copy of my drivers license. I am patiently awaiting some form of reply, and hopefully FB will decide my name is my name and I can have access to my profile again. In the meantime,I will continue to work on what I can on the Defend Freedom relaunch. That's assuming the next logical thing doesn't happen, and I don't get hit by a bus tomorrow or something...

Islamophobe - John Q. Adams

The new blog feels empty and needs a real post. I figure why not some words of wisdom about Islam, along with some indictments of the prophet, from the sixth president of the United States, John Quincy Adams...
The Origins of Islam

In the seventh century of the Christian era, a wondering Arab of the lineage of Hagar, the Egyptian, combining the powers of transcendent genius, the preternatural energy of a fanatic, and the fraudulent spirit of an imposter, proclaimed himself as a messenger from Heaven, and spread desolation and delusion over an extensive portion of the earth.

Adopting from the sublime conception of Mosaic Law, the doctrine of one omnipotent God; he connected indisputably with, the audacious falsehood, that he was himself his prophet and apostle. Adopting from the new Revelation of Jesus, the faith and hope of immortal life, and a future retribution, he humbled it to the dust, by adapting all the rewards and sanctions of his religion to the gratification of sexual passion.

He poisoned the source of human felicity at the fountain, by degrading the condition of the female sex, and the allowance of polygamy; and he declared undistinguishing and exterminating war, as a part of his religion, against all the rest of mankind.

THE ESSENCE OF HIS DOCTRINE WAS VIOLENCE AND LUST; TO EXALT THE BRUTAL OVER THE SPIRITUAL PART OF HUMAN NATURE. (emphasis not added)

American Annual Register - Years 1827-1829 (pg. 269)
Taqiyya - Lying for Allah

The commands of the prophet may be performed alike, by fraud, or by force. Of Mahometan good faith, we have had memorable examples ourselves. When our gallant Decatur had chastised the pirate of Algiers, till he was to renounce his claim of tribute from the United States, he signed a treaty to that effect; but the treaty was drawn up in the Arabic language as well as in our own; and our negotiators, unacquainted with the language of the Koran, signed the copies of the treaty, in both languages, not imagining that there was any difference between them.

Within a year the Dey demands, under penalty of the renewal of the war, an indemnity in money for the frigate taken by Decatur; our Consul demands the foundation of the pretension; and the Arabic copy of the treaty, signed by himself, is produced, with an article stipulating the indemnity, foisted onto it, in direct opposition to the treaty as it had been concluded.

The arrival of Chauncey, with a squadron before Algeirs, silenced the fraudulent claim of the Dey, and he signed a new treaty in which it was abandoned; but he disdained to conceal his intentions; my power, said he, has been wrested from my hands. Draw ye the treaty at your pleasure, and I will sign it; but beware of the moment, when I shall recover my power, for with that moment, your treaty shall waste paper.

Handling Islam

As the essential principle of his faith is the subjugation of others by the sword; it is only by force, that his false doctrines can be dispelled, and his power annihilated.

Islam's Endless War

The precept of the koran is, perpetual war against all who deny, that Mahomet is the prophet of God. The vanquished may purchase their lives, by the payment of tribute; the victorious may be appeased by a false and delusive promise of peace; and the faithful follower of the prophet, may submit to the imperious necessities of defeat: but the command to propagate the Moslem creed by the sword is always obligatory, when it can be made effective.

Defend Freedom - Coming Soon

I'm almost done redesigning the Defend Freedom blog (the old blog is here). The redesign is being done to support a brand new counter-Jihad project. And I will post more about this new project later on this week.

There will be lots of new initiatives coming from DF, so be sure to check back often...

Please pardon the occasional dust. I am still working on final touches and last minute modifications.
